FROG FOOT POOR SERVICE!!!
I hate writing reviews, but I registered a Hello Peter account just for this.
Its been more than a month ago we have requested a fibre line from Home-Connect and Frog Foot, switching from Telkom and expecting better services. Seeing this line is for my office and VOIP I have been phoning them every single day without any response. With promises they will phone back. Home-Connect and Frog Foot keep on shifting the responsibility. I AM STILL WITHOUT INTERNET!!!!!!
Its sad that a service you pay for are so pathetic!!!
