Frog foot is stupid

This is the most rediculess issue I have ever had, this company does not answer the phone after holding for 20 minutes, for some reason the customer needs to be held liable for previous tennants not canceling the line and the turn around is rediculess, they also dont seem to care that most contracts end within a month notics and that the max turn around of 6 Weeks is apparently acceptable regardless of the fact that their clients will have to be without internet for 2 Weeks
