Frog Foot fibre

I have booked a service call out via my ISP Afrihost to move an existing fibre line on the 15th of January. Still waiting for feedback or a call to arrange a date. The existing installation looks terrible, plastic conduit running from the street box to the house all over the front of the house.

All that I'm asking is to move a fibre line.
