Frog foot = appalling service

I'm appalled by the service from frog foot both via afri host and webafrica.

I placed an order via afrihost waited almost a month with no contact from from frog foot. I cancelled that order which came at a huge installation fee and I'm yet to receive my refund.

Anyway, out of desperation I placed an order with webafrica. Same out come no contact from frog foot, according to the ISP frog foot has not accepted the order.

Reading the other complaints was proof enough that they don't have the capacity\ capabilities to provide service in a timely manner or manage customer expectations.
