Frog foot

I would like to share my experience regarding the frog foot company, i had app**** with for installation of which it was approved in November 2021 i had made follow ups with them since and till in January 2022 they came for an installation after a couple of months a back and fourth with them they left me with a router with no password the password given to me was incorrect that is on the router, we have been trying to get hold of them ever since with no response , finally managed to get hold of the guy by the name of Tumelo he said he will get back to me as they knock off late around 21h00 i have been waiting and tried calling them more than 23 times with no luck, If you try to get frog foot as your fiber PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE the service sucks that is why am rating them 1 star.
