Absolutely shocking experience with Frogfoot. They processed my "order" without realising that they are not even able to connect my house to fibre. Two months later and they literally could not care any less. Somehow it has become my problem that THEY committed to a job which they are not capable of doing and the only solution: it is going to take time. Ok sorry but I do not have anymore time to waste on you. If I could rate you zero stars I would. Just a heads up to anyone living on Beach road in Strand: Do not even bother with this company!!! They are advertising a service which they are not equipped to do. Basically false advertising.

Unfortunately I am passed the point of 'solving' this situation. I live in a single dwelling home and apparently this was the issue. It is not my problem that Frogfoot erroneously processed an order which they could not fulfill and somehow it took them 2months to figure this out? Complete waste of my time.
