Why buy why did Blitz Sell to you!? Blitz was amazing!If one is not part of an ISP they are not interested in helping. You have to go through your ISP to help. My previous ISP released my line and address on the 31st of May which i have proof of and Frogfoot has not yet moved the account over to my new ISP. I sat for 40 min waiting on a call to speak to someone at Frogfoot but with no luck of someone answering the phone. I then sent a mail and i got a response with in 20min telling me that i need to go through my ISP. No customer service no pride in what they do. I work in sales and work with clients every day and if ii had to assist any person like that i would be embarrassed! You help any person/client if its your client or your Clients customer! At the end of the day I am both you clients! Catch a wake up and get your business in order!
