Fix my damn fibre line

Our fibre installation has had a fault since the 13th of March. The lovely Frogfoot employees checked it out and had to leave again because the building is still under warranty from the 3rd party contractors. Frogfoot get your **** together. Either let your technicians fix the issue or kick this contractors ass. This is now 15 days and counting and unacceptable.
