Fibre optic cable.

When they installed the cable a few months ago I told them that the cables are too shallow and should be deeper, they looked at me like I was made of cheese. The cable has now been cut and we have trying for more than a week now to get it fixed. Mweb and frogfoot are not doing anything about this and we have no internet connection. Useless would not subscribe the service we are getting from these two.
