Fibre company discriminating against non complex dwellers

This company is discriminating against people who do NOT live in complexes in areas where they have already laid fibre. And because they have laid the fibre no other fibre company will assist in giving us fibre access to the internet thus forcing us to use 4g or other which is not as reliable!
