Fiber Nightmare

Worst fiber experience EVER..... They told me that after payment it will take 14 days and my fiber will be installed, Payment was made 27th January 2021 we are currently on the 1 march and i still don't have fiber after i send them about 6 emails asking for my ppoe username and password. Worst service EVER
