Fiber down and nobody is helping from Frogfoot

So its been almost a week now that my fiber has been down,Sunday evening there was a guy outside our building and put us back on for about 20min and after 20min we were put back off.Almost our whole building has no fiber, only 1 person is on when ours cane on his went off and when he complained to the guy outside from frogfoot his came on and everybody's else's was put off,I have called my isp multiple times and even they can not gove me feed back regarding this matter.I have left messages to Frogfoot on facebook and still nothing has happened Im paying for a service that I am not getting. This is shocking, I have wasted over R1000 since last week for data for my household to function.I even sent my ff number on Facebook frogfoot and still nothing. Im speechles
