False advertising

Want to review advertising all most want to call it false advertising not sure on whose side it is but here is the complaint there is fibre packages available via frogfoot on supersonic yet the fibre infrastructure is not yet complete in my area fibre cable was lain about 2 years ago and from then nothing happened no connection boxes were put up don't understand how packages are being advertised if there is no fibre available and apparently no plans for fibre in the near future according to the coverage search on the frogfoot website find it highly impossible that i'm the only person in my area interrested in getting fibre as we're living in a technologic day and age please advise why the packages are advertised after searching my address on supersonis website and nothing iavailable on frogfoots website itself?
