F*** YOU FROG FOOT

One star is too high. This is the short version. I am too irritated to re-post the SAME story again as I have had to explain it at least 15 times over the last month to this pathetic company, Frogfoot.

We have been asked to provide proof of ownership to frogfoot of our property, only to be told there is already an active line on the property to which we do not have access to. They promised they will log an "urgent" query to our account, and its a week later without it being resolved. Mind you, we have been struggling with them since the 5th of November. And now we are told that they do not provide frogfoot in our area, however THE PREVIOUS OWNER OF THE PROPERTY WAS WITH FROGFOOT. I can not comprehend this level of utter incompetency!!!!!!!!!!!!
