Empty promises

I'm very disappointed in Frogfoot. I received an e-mail stating that all Frogfoot's clients will receive a free double up on their fibre as from 1 April 2020. After numerous calls I still haven't received the double up as promised.

It is very bad customer service to promise something and don't deliver. Is this what their customers is worth to them. They want to increase their rates, but can't deliver a promise they made.
