We have been struggling with Afrihost and Frogfoot for 3 months now. All the houses in Villieria Pretoria have Fiber points except our house. FrogFoot says they do not speak to the public and Afrihost has been sending them multiple e-mails to no avail. Our children need the internet for schooling purposes and this has become a huge issue now. Nobody seems to understand that there is no fiber point for our house even though all our neighbours have fiber points. We are at wits end already as we are being sent from pillar to post for 3 months and nowhere closer to being assisted. Can anyone from Frogfoot please help us get one of your fiber points for our house so that Afrihost can install the paid for installation in our house please.
