Don't use them, EVER.

I don't necessarily always do this since everyone has bad days and not everyone experiences the same always, but GOD DAMN this FNO sucks. Never letting customers know what's going on, the ISPs are in the dark whenever they do something. Constantly having to repair things that has been repaired already twice this month. It's like there is no senior staff that knows anything about anything and its just a bunch of teens that just started working there(if this is not the case they have bigger issues than I thought). These guys has got constant down times, reoccurring down times to the point where I'm making bets with friends to see if they are going down again at the same time, etc. If you have any alternative available for your area, use it. I swear even Telkom gives brilliant service compared to these clowns.
