Don't get Frog Foot Fibre, especially in Port Elizabeth

We have had Frog Foot fibre for about 6 months now. In the Port Elizabeth area, there are numerous issues which they simply ignore.

Have been down for a while now, call logged 19/12 08h10, and have not had a follow up, let alone repaired.
