Don't ever ever choose frogfoot

We have been struggling without internet for 10 days. Whenever we call, the log the ticket then give us a waiting period of 24 to 48 hours. When we call again they say the line is still active from the previous tenant. We finally got passed that and they are still giving us a waiting period of 24 to 48 hours. I would suggest that any1 who needs the internet try another company 1st.

We have spent close to R500 on phone calls to this company not to mention the time out our day to be hassling with something so mundane.
