Dogs poisoned due to bad service delivery!

Security cameras work with my Fibre. My Fibre has been down since Wednesday night. I phoned vox I phoned frogfoot several times I sent emails a lot of them I received 1 call after 7pm on Thursday saying they are busy on the line that was a lie. 2 other calls received saying that they were not sure on the ETA that was the only truth that has been said. All of this bad useless service from frogfoot that failed to attend to this problem leading to my dogs being poised and died. It's unacceptable that I have to call and email them so many times and no one is willing to fix my Fibre VOX AND FROGFOOT is the most useless companies that ever existed even today I can't get a hold of them because they are working there is no after hours number available... Completely useless to have them on your side they are failing in all that they do
