Disrespect and arrogance

I want to report that your company has treated me total disrespect and invaded my property and privacy today.

Following my phone call 8:19 regarding your planned excavation in my drive way. I notified frogfoot that I have not received any notification of excavations in my drive way and the works must be stopped immediately. I left my phone number and no one returned my phone call.

Following this Phone call Frogfoot proceeded to excavate in front my garage and prevented my access still without notification. I requested that the Way Leave and drawing be provided for the works, no approved way leave was provided and Frogfoot did not follow the drawing that they provided.I have contacted Franco Veatel who treated my complaint with disrespect. I still have no access to my garage please advise.
