Dishonesty of Frogfoot Fibre

I live in Pomona in Kempton park. I have a Mweb account that uses Frogfoot as their fibre provider. I app**** for a package that cost 485 at that time it was a 20/5 mbps. They have said to upgrade the speed which is a lie, and increased the cost. Not only is that a lie but we get billed for a full month and this month only we have had no Internet for 5 days. Beware they are dishonest company.
