Disgusting Service

Never in my life have I experienced such terrible service in fact giving them one star is to much. I live in a townhouse complex in Port Elizabeth where I have fiber which was installed by Frogfoot. I have now bought another unit in the same complex diagonally opposite my present one and via my ISP Acelerit we have been trying for almost two months to get them to come and lay the new cable. We have given them the F number they require. We have phoned them on numerous occasions and they always promise they will look into it and get back to you. They never do. I have phoned the head office in Cape Town to speak to someone who is of a senior position but they are never availlible.

The company is a total disgrace. I found them on facebook the other day and it looks like I am not an isolated case because the complaints were of a large amount and guess what? They were sorry to hear about the bad experience and could you please supply them with an F number and they will get back to you.
