Disgusting service

I have been awaiting fibre for some time and have been monitoring their map which is completely misleading and a waste of time. The first live date was 30 Nov then 11 Oct then 31 Oct then 30 Nov and then 13 Dec. We went live on 14 Dec. Box installed and it did not work. The world closed for Christmas period. Followed up on 8 Jan when a small team was operating. Promises to sort out were not forthcoming despite some excellent service from Stuart. Phone calls promised by Managers not made as promised. Office opens on 13 January and follow up again. Promised by Stuart that Carel Boshoff would phone twice and not forthcoming. He clearly does not have the courtesy to call as promised. Noted with irritation that all that now has happened is that the map shows back in wip 13 Dec 2019. The most appalling service and could not care less attitude. Now have equipment that does not work attached to my wall and no idea when we are going live again.
