Disgusting service.

Absolutely disgusting service. A week after my Fibre installation, my internet goes off. After back and fourth,turns out it was Frogfoot that did not install correctly. They make false promises to come out and fix. They do not get back you with feedback and they will think nothing of lying to you, or keeping you on hold for 10 minutes only to never get back to you.

They also do not respond to mails or messages so do not even try that avenue. They are hopeless and honestly the worst fibre provider I have ever seen or heard of. They think nothing of making promises daily to fix your internet only to never deliver. Some people have home businesses and every day without internet is a day with no money.

Best yet , they left my our fibre box disconnected after telling me they have fixed it. Yes, they unplugged the cable from the fibre that goes into the additional box and claimed it was fixed! Astonishing service. Please don't ever make use of them. You will regret the day your internet goes off.
