Frogfoot, To whomever helped me over the phone today, you are the rudest and ill-mannered!

All i needed to find out was when my line would be made live, i contacted you after britelink gave me your number to phone as it has been 3 days now that i am waiting for my fibre line to be made live, all she can say is sorry she can't put me through to the provisioning department, and then just dropped the phone?

I haven't even started with my fibre from frogfoot and i am already disappointed at your service and rudely abrupt phone agent!

I would have been polite and understanding if i was treated with respect and politeness!

Just odious!
