Disappointed in Frogfoot!

Frogfoot installed a fibre line at my house exactly a week ago and did not want to follow the suggested route and they only went underground half way into the property and the rest was above ground for no reason or explication at all, the landlord was not impressed at all and asked that they do it over underground and to go towards the suggested route, the next day they came to confirm the new route and said they will get back to me and my service provider and we have still not heard anything yet. Im really disappointed in their services and the head office's number keeps you on a answering machine, Frogfoot must take a look at their Standard Operating Procedure and insure that everyone is aware of what they will be doing and if the will be going above ground or not....
