Disappointed

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the ongoing delay in activating my fibre service. I cancelled my previous fibre service with Surf4Life , as I was experiencing issues. Then asked my work place to assist with finding new servers provider they then signed up with Axxess, who engaged Frogfoot for the installation. Frogfoot subsequently appointed ES Telecoms, who successfully completed the ONT installation at my premises and confirmed that Frogfoot needed to proceed with activation. It has now been two weeks since the installation was completed, and I am still without internet access. Despite multiple follow-ups with both Axxess and Frogfoot, I have not received any clear feedback or resolution. I am repeatedly being told that Axxess is waiting for Frogfoot to provide the necessary job card, yet no progress has been made. This situation has caused significant inconvenience, especially as my daughter has an online exam scheduled for Tuesday. Reliable internet access is critical, and the delay is unacceptable. Additionally, I was informed that a technician would be visiting my premises today, 25 April 2026. I made myself available and waited, but no one arrived, nor was any communication provided regarding the missed appointment. The lack of communication, accountability, and urgency in resolving this matter is extremely disappointing. I request that this issue be escalated immediately and that my fibre service be activated without any further delay. Please treat this matter with urgency and provide me with a clear update and timeline for resolution.
