Despicable service (well NON service)

Utterly unacceptable NON SERVICE... Escalation a number of times by my service provider where you STILL have not bothered to contact me.. 3 weeks later, and still cannot get any information. You ignore my service provider escalations - you ignore your customers... i suggest someone calls me and sorts this out.
