Dependable Service Provider

A few months ago, I left a negative review for Frogfoot due to constant service disruptions and unhelpful support from their call center. However, after my review, they responded promptly. The support team was incredibly friendly and supportive, offering ongoing feedback until our internet was restored.

Although I still maintain that Frogfoot tends to react rather than proactively solve service issues, it’s been three uninterrupted months for us, despite some neighbours facing outages in the same complex.

Overall, Frogfoot has shown itself to be a fairly dependable service provider
