Deeply disappointed in Frogfoot and Vox

A review of Frogfoot Fibre via Vox Telecoms in Menlo Park. I made the mistake of assuming seamless service by Vox because they own Frogfoot Fibre. Big mistake, What a disappointment. Since being connected 4 weeks ago, Internet connection dropped 10 times, twice for longer than 3 days! There clearly is a serious technical and inter-company service interface problem between Frogfoot and Vox, which they refuse to admit, and like an addiction, it is therefore impossible to cure. I’m writing this rant at 0300 in the morning using my MTN night data because I’ve run out of daytime airtime because my brand new uncapped fibre line has once again been down for 4 days - shame on you Vox. Shame on you Frogfoot
