Dead Frog

If only one could give ZERO stars! Frogfoot was initially going to install my line in Kirstenhof on 30th of April. Guys did in fact come around and then told me they were unable to do the installation and that they had to send another team to do this. No problem. They told me they would get hold of me the next day to book in a team. I received an email to the same effect. Between then and now I have emailed and phoned them and have always been told that they promise to get back to me with a booking. They never do. It is now the 23rd Of May and they still havn't even booked a team to install, which is worse than USELESS. My Ref with Frogfoot is FRG523294-T1, not that this is likely to make any difference. Frogfoot clearly have no interest in their customers.
