Damaged by Frogfoot excavations URGENT

Good day

I tried to phone with this complaint, but after 30 minutes on hold I gave up and am now trying this way.

The Frogfoot excavations at 18 Verreweide Street, Universiteitsoord, Stellenbosch damaged an irrigation pipe to my garden. I spoke to Stitch working for Frogfoor outside, but I do not have much hope of help from that direction.

Can an overseer please come and have a look urgently?
