Damage to Property
Frogfoot came to my area in Port Elizabeth and started digging trenches. Then when they came to my driveway they started punding a rod underneath it so they don't have to dig up the pavement. I asked them if this would result in any damage and was informed no. Well, the section where you hammered trough now looks like the ocean with one part collapsing down and the other being pushed upwards. I tried contacting your office, but I get sent from pillar to post and your site has no place for an complaint.

13 Mar 2020, 12:22The original complaint was sent on 05/08/2019, it is now 13/03/2020, that's 7 months and still no repair on my pavement or my wall that was damaged. Nevermind that my line is constantly dead slow, especially at night and off over most weekends. I can't wait for new carriers to come into my area.
