Constant upgrade downgrade issues

Hi

I have recently downgraded my Fiber speed on to once again be sitting without any Fiber since it changed over from the 500mbs to 50mbs. This is not the first time this has happened all the light on my Ont are green and have spoken to Afrihost all is ip on their side. This is an issue of frogfoot side where they need to sort something out regarding the change that’s not done correctly. I don’t know why when I change I have to have this issue if the option is there to change freely when one wants there should be no issue in doing so. Some times if I have extra I will if I can say spoil myself with some fast Fiber and other times I have to downgrade. But having a issue always when doing so and being Fiberless for days on end as in the past is not acceptable
