Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Amobia Communications *Rating:* 1 out of 5 *Review:* Terrible service. App**** for internet more than a month ago for a home business. Come day of installation - no internet. Now 8 days later still no internet. Into a complex where the supporting Frogfoot lines have been laid . All I get from them is Frogfoot needs to come out to do necessary in my unit and they will escalate. NOT acceptable. On application of my account I was guaranteed they work in partnership with Frogfoot and my internet would be up and running on time. Now all I get told is they will escalate and I don't receive feedback.Made in excess of 10 calls even to management in Port Elizabeth office - nothing. Just a ticket to say it has been escalated! Shocking service !!! Quick to sell and zero support. Shocking service from Frogfoot and it's ISP
