Completely and utterly useless and never even listen to their clients

Would give -5 stars if I could as they just shift the blame of why they haven't activated the line onto a device not being powered when it has been all along. They never even try to send out a technician team as they just use that as an excuse. The support team just says that they have escalated the ticket without anything ever actually happening and nothing being communicated. Avoid them at all costs and its such a pity they are the only people that provide the lines in my area.
