Changing of name on current fibre line

I am trying to get the fibre line changed to my name from the previous home owner.

I cannot talk directly to Frogfoot as they only have an email chat option, which sends generic replies.

So I am left to deal with Frogfoot through Webafrica. I have submitted my new proof of residence to proof that the unless previous owner of our property is no longer staying there, and we are living there now. This was advised and requested by Webafrica.

Frogfoot still has not changed the fibre line to my name, as they state another ISP is active on the line. The ISP is Vodacom who said that they will only cancel the previous owners contract in one months time.

So my new fibre is at the mercy of Vodacom and Frogfoot not wanting to change the fibre line to the legal owners of the property. In this case you are running a fibre line for another client on my property. I did not consent to this..... If this matter does not get sorted out ASAP, I suggest that you come remove your hardware and fibre line from my personal property and then I will order a new fibre line in my name.

I do not understand the business logic.... Instead of moving the fibre line to my name, based on my proof of residence, and having a new customer generating income for your for the next 24 months, you prefer keeping the line in the previous owners name which will cease paying you in one months time.......

I have had a horrible experience with Frogfoot and my contract has not even started.....

I received an unsatisfactory response through your official company communication (FTTH: ***) that states " Please be advised there is not much we can do".

Please advise to which department I can send my invoice for using my personal property to service another client's fibre line?
