Cell C not paying Frogfoot their hosting fees?
I have a question... why is cell c customers via frogfoot down, but the rest like vox and vodacom is up and running? My fibre in the west coast has been down for 2 days, and I am not getting any constructive answers or any solutions to this problem

I have been on numerous calls with Cell C from Wednesday, and each time they blame Frogfoot, also each time they have a different version what the problem is and "a manager will investigate and divert back to the client"... I would appreciate feedback, as I have already lost 2 days of work due to fibre downtime.
According to my router configuration, all connections (cables) is correct and istalled, also configuration settings is accurate. So I honestly don't know anymore
