Brilliant and fast

After tweeting and tagging them about the internet problem I was having, within minutes I received feedback and a call and the problem was sorted out in a couple of hours as opposed to the 5 days it took our ISP to do nothing.

I dealt with Ebrahim, he was quick and efficient and followed up with my ISP and myself to see that all was working again.
