Being ****med by Frogfoot fibre!

Firstly we were not told its a contract WiF ieven after we've asked several times they ensured us it's not a contract but prepaid, secondly we continued paying since we've heard its a contract suddenly its no longer working but I still pay every month the WiFi is still not working, we've been contacting them they're busy sending emails of us being behind with payments knowing very well I pay every month I never missed a payment, people should be aware of this, its a ****! I'm lately afraid of no longer paying I'll end up being blacklisted for something that's not even working, sending emails, calling nonstop since last year October calling one rep being sent to another from pillar to pillar it's still not reconnected tried sending emails to @*** with no feedback⚠️it's a **** be aware of this!!!!
