Be careful of the cheap deal!

A couple of months ago I decided to move to Frogfoot from Vumatel as their prices were so much cheaper. Hmm, big mistake. I should have known that you get what you pay for - or in my case, you get almost nothing for what you pay for.

Literally on a daily basis I have little or no connectivity for extended periods, and Frogfoot show no interest on resolving the issue. I'm uncertain whether this is just where I live (southern suburbs of Cape Town), but be that as it may, I will be moving back to Vumatel, at double the cost, where at least I know their connection works (in the six months I had them prior to Frogfoot, not a single slow connection). Beware of the cheap deal with Frogfoot, because you certainly get cheap - or just nothing.
