Bad start

I ordered my fibre via Vox with frogfoot as supplier and asked that my fibre be installed the 18th as I am on leave and I allready cancelled all my other internet exept vodacom which is basically as good as not having internet. The guys came at 8 as promised looked around a bit and told my they don't have enough cable. They will orginise and come sort it later. I made it clear that I am on my last day of leave and they need to sort it out today(18th). He promised to be back at 4. The 20th and nobody even gave me a resceduling after harrasing vox and they made it clear they are ready for the install they are just waiting on frogfoot. I have cancelled everthing including my dstv. Now I am sitting with my hair in my hands with everyone angry at me because there is no internet in the house. The installation was your guys fault and now im sitting with the problems with no respons from you.
