Bad Service which takes forever

I have had my fibre installed recently by Frogfoot through WebAfrica and everything went according to schedule until about a week ago. WebAfrica sent me the router for installation as frogfoot advised that the installation and setup on their part was done. I Received the router did the setup and to my Surprise no internete connection could be established, i phoned WebAfrica asking what could be wrong. They advised that everything on their side was working and that they would contact Frogfoot to find out what the problem is.

Frogfoot advised that they have not yet Provisioned my ONT and advised that it would take between 24 to 48 hours. it has been almost a week with nothing from their side.
