Bad service from MWEB and Frogfoot

Yesterday morning 2 Jan 2024 at 8:44, I reported to MWEB that my WiFi is down since 19:40 on Jan 1st, 2024 and got ticket number. I got a call from Frogfoot as the service provider at 13:33 setting up appointment with their technicians to come at my property at 8 o'clock today 3 Jan 2024 the technician didn't come. When I called their office at 8:15 to check since I had to rush to work myself I was told they will make a follow up and call back. I have not received a call from them till now 14:50. I called MWEB again at 12:05 to report this issue and said they will escalate the matter to Frogfoot.

I am not happy with the service that I am receiving from MWEB and Frogfoot.
