Bad service from frogfoot

On Friday at 16h00 my fibre connection stopped working I reported it at Airbroadband and they informed me that it is a problem at Frogfoot They received a message confirming same and it is at the maintenance department they will send a technician It is Monday 20h00 still no response from frogfoot no one attended at my house I want the fibre connection fixed For what am I paying I am days without internet connection My reference number 666270
