BAD SERVICE FROGFOOT

I placed an order and paid for installation on the 25.11.20 today is the 21.12.20 they have not even contacted me to come and do the installation. Afihost keeps telling me they are waiting for frogfoot!!

this is poor service if i could I would rather go to VUMA! BUT I CANT THEY ARE NOT IN OUR COMPLEX. My previous installations through Vuma took two days.

Why can they do it but you cant even phone ??
