Bad service ever. frogfoot is useless😠

Bad service ever. They have been promising to activate my line around the 14 december. they said it would take 24hrs then the next they said within 48hrs. Today the say in january, like i mean just an activation, not cable supply. there is already an existing connection all they need to do is activate it as its ready and internet provider is ready and waiting this useless frogfoot. #****ed
