Bad service by Afrihost

I received the worst treatment ever using Afrihost in partner with Frogfoot. Frogfoot killed my fibre line for an entire month, Afrihost tried to escalate and go no response. I checked in with them every second day for the whole month of April, and I'm still expected to pay the full month with no service!. Worst thing ever, I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone. ****!
