Bad service

What a horrible experience. Fibre installed 3 months ago. Internet keeps dropping and that is if I am lucky enough to at least have internet. Various service requests lodged without any feedback and no sign of any technician up to date. And than to top it all they demand a month notice fee for a service I could never use properly.
